Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Kripalu is a wonderful retreat center which offers a wide range of mind-body integrating programs or you can just elect to do R and R (Retreat and Renewal). Either way, you have the option of attending several yoga classes a day; dancing up a storm in Danskinetics; learning meditation techniques, tai-chi, massage, methods of relaxation, etc.; enjoying delicious vegetarian meals; relaxing in the hot tub or sauna and choosing from an endless variety of health services. Kripalu is located in the Berkshire Hills in western Massachusetts just down the street from Tanglewood and Lenox (a beautiful historic village with many lovely restaurants and stores).
